1 qt. celery
1 qt. potatoes
1 qt. sweet corn
1 qt. carrots
1 qt. navy beans
1 pt. onions, soaked
Cut up vegetables. Cook each separately with as little water as possible. Drain all except potato water.
2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 T. chili powder
1/2 C. sugar
1 C. macaroni (cooked 5 minutes)
Mix all together in large container as it gets ready, add sugar, chili powder and put in jars. Add 1 t. salt per qt. Cold pack for 2 hours.
