1 lg. bunch celery, chopped
1 lb. kidney beans
3 lb. navy beans
3 lb. macaroni
10 lg. carrots, chopped
10 onions, chopped & fried
3 lb. hamburger, fried
1 lb. butter
1 qt. sweet corn
½ bu. tomatoes, in juice
Directions
Soak navy beans overnight. Cook all beans until half-done. Cook macaroni a bit, then mix everything together. Fill pint jars ½ full of juice, then add vegetables. Pressure-cook at 10 pounds pressure for 15-20 minutes. When opening a jar, add milk. Yield: 21 quarts
