Soak 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in 1 quart of water with 1/4 c. tender quick for 1/2 hour, drain.
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 t. Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Dip chicken in milk and then roll in cracker mixture above. Fry in butter.
