Wanna Chicken Breast

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 qt. water
1/4 c. tender quick
1 stack Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 tsp. Lawry’s seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

Soak 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast in 1 quart of water
with 1/4 cup of tender quick for 1/2 hour.
Drain.
Dip chicken into milk and roll into cracker mixture.
Fry in butter.
