Wheat Pizza Crust

1 pkg. (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 T. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 3/4 – 2 cups all purpose flour

In bowl dissolve yeast in water; add oil. Combine whole wheat flour, sugar and salt. Add to yeast mixture and stir until smooth. Stir in enough all purpose flour to form a soft dough.
Knead until smooth. Cover and let rise 20 minutes. bake at 350 with pizza toppings.
