1 scant c. oil
3 c. sugar
2-(3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can evaporated Milnot milk
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 1/4 c. sour milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. pineapple flavoring flour
Cream together the first 3 ingredients.
Add cream cheese, then dry ingredients alternately with milnot/sour milk.
Add vanilla and pineapple flavoring.
Bake at 350 degrees
