White Fluffy Frosting

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 t. cream of tatar
1/2 t. cornstarch
pinch of salt
5 T. boiling water
2 egg whites
1 t. vanilla

Boil together sugar, cream of tartar, cornstarch, salt and water for 1 1/2 minutes. Then beat in egg whites until stiff. Blend in vanilla.
