Whole Wheat Banana Bread

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 T. wheat germ
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix flour, wheat germ, soda and salt in large bowl. Combine eggs, bananas, honey, oil, lemon juice, vanilla and walnuts until well blended. Pour over flour mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 3 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 until sides pull away from pan. (45-55 minutes) Cool in wire cooling rack before removing from pan.
