Whole Wheat Bread

3 1/2 c. warm water
1/8 c. Blackstrap molasses
1 1/2 T. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. peanut oil
2 T. yeast
1 c. warm water
4 c. whole wheat flour
8 c. Seal of Minnesota flour

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Mix 3 1/2 cups warm water in large bowl. Add molasses, sugar, salt and peanut oil. Add yeast. Stir well and add wheat flour and then gradually add white flour.
Knead well. Let rise 10 minutes, punch down. Let rise 1 hour, punch down and let rise again in warm place. Put in pans and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 325 for 35 – 40 minutes.
